What we see under East Haven homes

Shore homes deal with a high water table and storm-driven backups. Further inland, older houses have the usual aging sewer pipe and mature-tree roots.

Questions
East Haven sewer and drain questions
Do you serve East Haven?
Yes. East Haven is one of the shoreline towns we recently added.
What causes basement water near Cosey Beach?
High ground water near the Sound, storm water filling the sewers, and roof water that gutters do not carry away.
Can you tell if water is coming from the sewer or the yard?
Usually, yes, from where and when it shows up. Clean water along a wall after rain points to gutters and underground drains. Dirty water up a floor drain points to the sewer.
